This month, I’ve interviewed Ari Emanuel, the mega-agent turned mega-media-owner. He is the one agent I can list from Hollywood lore over decades who went from the representation business to ownership. Perhaps he understood that big bucks and big power in Hollywood meant owning properties and controlling live events, sports franchises, management, representation- all of it.

And, yes, he’s the real-life Ari Gold in the Entourage series.

And, yes, he’s the trio of famous Emanuel brothers: he’s the middle brother to Democratic, maybe presidential candidate Rahm and Health advisor to multiple presidents, Ezekiel Emanuel. A trio of successful brothers, though not without some emotional carnage. Read about it here:
